| New York State Online Applications through OPAL |
| You can apply online for certain permits issued by the agencies listed. This is to apply for NEW permits only, not RENEWALS. A credit card is needed to pay any required applications fees. After successful submission of an online application, you will view a confirmation receipt page with your OPAL ID. An OPAL ID is a reference number to identify your online session. If you do not receive a confirmation receipt page or OPAL ID, your online application did NOT get accepted and submitted. |
