OPAL’s Agency Portal allows agencies access to process online applications, create credit card reports, update permit profiles, and respond to MAP questionnaires.

To process online applications submitted by clients, click on one of the links below:

To display submitted permits sorted by agency, click Applications by Agency.

To display submitted permits sorted by OPAL ID, click Applications by OPAL ID.

To create credit card transaction reports for your agency, click Create Credit Card Reports.

To update the permit profiles for your agency on this website, click Agency Permit Profiles.

To respond to MAP questionnaires submitted to your agency, click MAP Questionnaires.
